Today, Team Cairncross at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties is led by Steve Cairncross, whose more than four decades of experience continue to shape the team’s thoughtful and client-focused approach. Alongside Lisa Perich, Patrick Cairncross, Matt Tovey, and Caitlin Willis, the team has represented over $2 billion in sales volume and consistently ranks among the top 0.5% of more than 40,000 agents throughout the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices global network.
