My wife and I used Lisa Perich as our realtor in a home we purchased in the Point Loma/Ocean Beach area of San Diego in December of 2020. It was an uphill battle from the beginning as the house had multiple offers and my wife and I became quite discouraged. Lisa found several creative ways to make our offer stand out without going over the listing price or the final competing offer. Simply put, we would not have the home if it wasn’t for her. Beyond that, my wife and I were first time homebuyers and knew very little about the overwhelming process. Lisa walked us through every step of the process from securing the loan, the inspection and the rather daunting escrow process.
