The Importance of Twilight Photos in Real Estate Marketing

We're firm believers that quality presentations cause homes to sell faster and for higher prices, which is why we often photograph a single home three times before selecting our final images. For many homes, twilight photos are nonnegotiable.

What is Twilight Photography?

Twilight photography is the art of capturing a home in the first few minutes immediately following sunset. The method typically entails turning all lights on in the home and using slightly longer exposure on a camera to capture the unique color of the sky in that moment coupled with the warmth of a glowing home. The resulting images are welcoming and eye-catching. We most often use this method for exterior photographs.
