Q: What is your favorite feature of this property?


A: There are so many things that I loved about this property, but if I had to name one, it would be the ocean view spanning the entire lot. The sheer scarcity of ocean view property sitting on over an acre of land made this home truly special. Crest Drive is like stepping back in time, where the rural coastal landscapes thrived.


Q: How many days was the escrow for this sale?


A: 21 days!


Q: Was there anything unique or challenging about the transaction?


A: We faced delays due to the government shutdown, but I was able to present workarounds in order to meet our 21-day closing.


Q: Any takeaways from this deal?


A: This property was in probate for over two years and there were several anxious heirs. Like always, my goal was to sell the home for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. I knew I had to create a unique marketing plan. Success! That plan resulted in receiving several offers and ultimately closing escrow for $107,500 over asking. Over the years of representing probate transactions, I realize the sensitivity of the situation and was elated in our successful closing. My biggest take away is knowing these heirs' long probate journey has come to a successful outcome.
