A San Diego native and third-generation real estate professional, Patrick Cairncross has dedicated fourteen years to continuing a family tradition of representing buyers and sellers in San Diego’s most exclusive coastal neighborhoods. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Patrick began his real estate career at twenty-two in New York City with The Corcoran Group.
